Oops, I almost forgot to give an explanation for the photos above. We recently had a huge guava fruit harvest at our house. The plants line the fence-line along our long driveway and across the back of our yard. Traditionally, islanders make a clear jelly-like jam from red guava, but I'm not fussed on it (so sickly sweet) and prefer to eat the juicy fruit straight off the bush! It's packed with Vitimin C.

What a beautiful list!
I would think that the guavas might do well in your kombucha (Not that different from the water kefir, other then using tea as a base instead of water. Right?)
I’m making some sauerkraut this afternoon, does yours also uses the lacto-fermentation?

Lots of great things on your list Michelle loving how motivated you are with yoga I haven't been in two weeks:( after I hurt my knee and missing it lots. I should give guava jam a go we have a strawberry guava tree in the yard that we never eat the fruit off I bet we would if it were jam. I hope you are all keeping well. x
