On this day in 1999

“Do I love you? My God, if your love were a grain of sand, mine would be a universe of beaches.”
William Goldman, The Princess Bride

A photo of a photo...cause we're so old our wedding was pre-digital!!!!

“I am as devoted to adventure now as then, and that’s never going to stop.”
William Goldman, The Princess Bride

PS If you haven't read the book - I highly recommend you do!

Oh, how do I pick my favourite Princess Bride moments...The thought of having one favourite is about as 'inconceivable' as trying to think of myself without my beautiful wife.

It all started out like 'a kissing book' and has been one great fairytale ever since.
Love you Babe - you're the greatest!
Now, to decide...should we head to the fireswamp from here or go sailing with 'The Dread Pirate Roberts'....

Mr H and I LOVE the movie. We always quote from it. We have it on video but need to upgrade it to DVD so we can introduce it to our boys. "Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." Still my favourite movie quote of all time. xo

Sonny, true love is the greatest thing, in the world-except for a nice MLT – mutton, lettuce and tomato sandwich, where the mutton is nice and lean and the tomato is ripe. They’re so perky, I love that.
