It's cool hey Jane....just an old door from the waste management centre, painted with blackboard paint and screwed to the wall!

I love staying home in the holidays...they are my favourite days (well, a trip to the beach doesn't go astray).

I've had fun playing with the plasticine myself. I'm thinking we need to source some clay that can go in the oven. I remember my mum making necklaces with something called Fimo when I was little...I must look that stuff up!

i bought Fimo for alex to make his teacher a keyring and a badge as a think you gift last year ! Its awesome stuff !

Your verandah looks like a great place to hang out, Michelle :) What's the story with the shampoo?

Yay for a comeback!!
I bought the secret garden colouring book for me but haven't found the time to start yet.
Great happy family shots this week

Matilda got given a great science book with all sorts of experiments and things to make...well she was super keen to make the shampoo. The recipe was very clear except for how much liquid soap to add. We guessed and well...it's VERY foamy so I think we added too much. It's the sudsiest shampoo ever and VERY hard to wash out!!!!!!!!! And it stings the eyes so Till isn't very keen on it.

Ally, the Secret Garden is such a gorgeous book. I spent hours colouring when we travelled around NZ!!!

Pencils or pens? I was a bit unsure.

Oh no! Maybe add a pump top and put it by sink instead? :)
